Balmela is a gathering of about 700 to 800 students (2nd to 4th Std.). It lasts for 4 days and is an annual feature celebrated with sports, dance, drama, songs and other activities that display the creativity of the children, teachers and villagers.
Every year Balmela is organised by us. An invitation is sent out to the well wishers of Narmada Navnirman Abhiyan. People from different parts of the country are invited to the event. They receive an invitation to be a part of Balmela and support the children.
Balmela is organised for students of Jeevanshalas. Every student receives the participatory certificate in the Balmela. This is to motivate and appreciate the effort of every student.
